Role- Senior Consultant
Location- Dusseldorf, Germany

Job Description

Workplace and DaaS Lead JD:
  • Managing a team for workplace support and Device as a Service (DaaS) support activities
  • Good knowledge of the workplace solutions - Application packaging, Software deployment, Desktop Imaging, Remote Desktop Support and Device Management
  • Monitoring and managing the ticket queue (incident, Requests and Change)
  • Supporting the team in complex tickets and issues
  • Taking up and resolving high priority/complex issues
  • Status Reporting to customer and internal stake holders
  • Vendor coordination and escalation management
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Intune/SCCM, AutoPilot etc
  • Very good troubleshooting skills on Workplace related issues
  • Asset Life-cycle management (manage asset provisioning, maintenance and disposal)
  • Hardware/Software Asset Inventory and Stock management
