As aSenior Account Manager B2Byou will be leading our Account Managers in the business-to-business team. You will develop and manage relationships with attractive business customers and co-operate internally with design, logistics, portfolio and tech related departments to fulfil customer projects. You will be directly involved in growing our B2B department and creating the conditions for excellent service and the path towards the #1 inspirational B2B Service in Europe. This position is located in Munich, Germany, and is unlimited.

WHAT YOU’LL DO


  • drive the growth of the B2B area, working with leaders across the company to bring large B2B projects to life and support setting up the required processes
  • develop and maintain a deep understanding of our B2B customers and their needs
  • take part in discussions with Senior Leadership at Westwing and prepare key communication material
  • leading the Account Management Team, monitor customer satisfaction metrics and work to improve customer satisfaction levels
  • planning and guiding a B2B Sales & Marketing Strategy, preparing reports for the Group’s CEO and Executive Team

YOU COME WITH

  • 5+ years of professional experience with proven track record in Key Account Management or distribution in comparable industries (Furniture, Home & Living, Lifestyle)
  • leadership experience and a track record in enabling direct reports to achieve results
  • ability to structure and manage complex cross-company projects and processes with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels
  • passion about making an impact
  • very strong problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual rigor, yet a “hands-on” attitude with a focus on fast and flawless execution
  • excellent communication skills, including strong verbal and writing capabilities
  • fluency in German and English (more languages are an advantage)
