Senior Full Stack Developer (m/f/d)

As Senior Full Stack Developer you will be joining our Supply Chain Tech tribe. You will work together with more than 200 talented engineers designing, developing and maintaining complex web applications and services for our eCommerce platform. This position is based in Munich or remote in Germany and Poland and is unlimited.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• be responsible for maintaining/creating internal tools for the buying teams and for the external self-service portal for the beloved Westwing suppliers, covering a rather big part of the order fulfillment process
• write software using PHP on the backend and React on the frontend. We use Symfony, Laravel, Yii and various Symfony components there, as well as MySQL databases and RabbitMQ
• get as much exposure to the devOps side of things as you are willing to have, we’re running our services fully on AWS, in a K8S cluster; our philosophy is: ‘you build it, you run it’

YOU COME WITH

• ability to convert your ideal solution for a given problem into PHP code covered with the right amount of tests and to put it inside a Docker image
• several years of experience in development with PHP OOP (Yii/Symfony/Laravel/Zend Framework experience is a plus)
• several years of hands-on experience with JS and JS frameworks (TypeScript/React would be a plus)
• SQL knowledge and experience with MySQL
• a proactive, goal-oriented, reliable and self-structured way of working
• fluency in English
