Then join our Legal department, which independently provides legal advice to the specialist departments of Fresenius Kabi AG and affiliated companies on all business-relevant aspects of German and international law.

• You will soon support Fresenius Kabi with professional legal counsel concerning pharmaceutical law, commercial legal protection, national and international contract law as well as general commercial law .


• In this role, you will prepare, edit and negotiate contracts (distribution, licence, dossier and clinical study agreements as well as research and development agreements).


• You will also consistently ensure the implementation of legal provisions in the business organisation and in operations.


• You will independently advise your internal clients with respect to upcoming/past legal changes as well as current case law and point out the consequences for practice and the necessary courses of action.


• Last but not least, you will train the individual business areas on the relevant legal changes, court rulings and legal problems, focusing on pharmaceutical law, commercial legal protection, national and international law and general commercial law, including in the form of talks .

• Fully qualified lawyer with a technical specialisation in pharmaceutical law, medical product law and/or commercial legal protection


• Experience in contract law, in particular trade agreements


• Business-fluent English and German


• A dedicated, responsible and communicative team player with a balanced sense of justice
