Sustainability, compliance and integrity are central pillars of our operations within the Fresenius Group. With special consideration of supply chains and suppliers and the local working conditions around the world, we continuously intensify our efforts to uphold human rights. Against this background, you will support the controlling of corresponding measures in close cooperation with the department management for human rights in Risk & Integrity / Business Integrity. • Together with your team lead, you will advance the further development of our group-wide human rights project by establishing reporting structures, conducting human rights risk analyses, preparing corresponding reports and initiating subsequent measures.


• In this context, you will closely coordinate with the business areas in human rights risk analysis.


• Here you will assume the development and implementation of instruments for determining and continuously measuring programme progress.


• You will support the performance of prevention and rectification measures/controls for avoiding human rights violations and ensure the internal and external flow of communication in connection with the human rights programme, including in the form of reports.

• Completed studies, such as in economics


• At least two years of (project management) experience in consulting on the topic of sustainability or in sustainability departments of companies – ideally with a focus on sustainable supply chains and human rights


• Substantial know-how in the topics of human rights, risk analysis, sustainable supplier management, supplier assessment and sustainable procurement practices


• Excellent verbal and written communication in fluent English and good German, preferably with knowledge of other foreign languages


• A discrete, confidential and compelling personality with intercultural skills (ideally underpinned with experience abroad), strong initiative as well as a conscientious and precise approach to work
