of a great growth journey. We are currently looking for a Vice President of Sales (VP Sales).
As our VP Sales, you will use your ’out of the box’ thinking to identify business growth
opportunities and develop Symbioworld’s revenue generating activities in Europe. You will be the
driving force in our business development activities, opening new lasting relationships for
the business. You will be a strategic partner to our CEO, Oliver Zeller and you’ll be an
important part of our Leadership Team.* You will define an ambitious growth plan and lead*
sales by example with a mission driven mindset and successful execution!

Your Responsibilities*
- You will maximize the sales performance by personally engaging in key account sales and contributing to total revenue
- You will lead the team (3 reports) by example, creating a solid sales funnel and realizing new business opportunities
- You will develop, implement, and monitor initiatives focused on increasing customer retention to protect our growing revenues
- You will take a result and data-driven approach to craft and execute a sales strategy that will boost revenue streams
- You will develop and execute a sales revenue growth strategy, and deliver top-line results (with P&L responsibility)
- You will have a good understanding of the competitor landscape, analyze opportunities and provide competitive strategies
- You will evaluate KPIs, processes and tools related to the growth of the business. And regularly report on progress to the CEO
Your Profile
- You have 5+ years of working experience in Sales, a strong track record of significantly growing revenues in a SaaS startup or scale up and a relevant network within the quality management community
- Your existing network and experience with large enterprises will help kick start your journey with us
- You have a strategic and consultative sales approach, focused on delivering value to the customer
- You have strong experience selling SaaS solution to the Board and C-Level with an advisory communication style
- You have experience in team orientation and appreciative employee leadership
- You have a ’get things done’ mentality and willing to be hands on to drive results
- You are able to set clear ambitious objectives for yourself and your team, track performance and optimize your chances of reaching them
