Currently, we are looking for a part / full time Business Controller to join our team!

Your Responsibilities*

  • You will be responsible for the acquisition and implementation of systems and automation tools for the finance function; including invoicing, forecasting, accounting and reporting
  • You will report on group financials to the board for monthly packs and quarterly meetings; reviewing closing procedures and making recommendations for improvements.
  • You will use dashboards which track business and financial KPI’s, providing insights and recommendations to the management team.
  • You will manage and oversee investor stream in close cooperation with the investment company
  • You will work closely with third parties to maintain financial accounts and to meet payment and filing deadlines on a monthly and yearly basis;
  • You will ensure there is visibility & control of recurring and non-recurring revenues
  • You will manage the company headcount and related costs, proposing relevant systems and procedures;
  • You will manage and oversee the monthly employee payrolling

Your Profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree with a background in Finance/Business Administration
  • You have 3-5 years of relevant working experience with at least 1 year in a SaaS / Scale up environment
  • You are entrepreneurial, have a* data driven mindset* with strong IT skills and a keen interest in SaaS
  • You are expert in Exceland financial administration
  • You have good experience in accounting
  • You have a* ‘get things done’ mindset*
  • You are precise and organized
  • You are proactive, solution orientated and communicate effectively;
  • You have a good command of German and English
