What will you do?

As our new Senior Product Manager, you will translate a vision and strategy into clear product roadmaps, drive the product development from discovery to roll-out, and contribute to the future success of our clients across various industries.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Translate the innovation vision and business strategy into a clear product roadmap
• Ownership of the roadmap and planning related to releases
• Lead and support cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product increments
• Effectively communicate the product roadmap and strategy to all key stakeholders
• Deriving high-level user stories based on customer insights and business constraints.
• Responsible for the release of the product features on time and to specifications and quality required
• Responsibility to help define resource and skill requirements for the team in concert with project management

Who are you?

You are a strategic thinker who can take complex problems and derive a plan, define actionable steps, and forge an aligned roadmap. You are passionate about technological trends, innovation,and product development. You have very strong interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to communicate transparently and effectively within your team and other stakeholders. You like to foster fruitful co-development processes with our corporate clients, from discovery to roll-out.

Here’s what we think you need to succeed in this role:

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in product management in startup, scaleup or agency. Tech, design, or business background, all 3 is a plus ;)
• You have solid experience in leading a team in cross-functional product development combining business strategy, user experience, design, software, and hardware perspectives
• You are driven by taking ownership and responsibility for the outcome of a project
• You empathize with users and understand what it takes to create outstanding user experiences
• You have a good understanding of agile processes and team structures and are used to deliver results in agile environments. Jira and Confluence are a plus
• Knowledge in digital product management, IoT or connected device products is a plus
• You are fluent in English, German is a plus

Please note: You should be living in Berlin or be willing to relocate this year to be able to attend (after Corona) some meetings in the office. Flexible REMOTE work is possible, and we all do most of our work from home and just meet for important meetings in the office.
