Our HR portfolio covers everything from employer brand to time management, while communications worldwide shape BASF’s positive image to internal and external stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES

In an exciting start-up phase and beyond, you play a key role in shaping first-class service delivery of our new Communications & Employer Branding team.

You are responsible for the employer branding strategy and create campaigns to position BASF as an attractive employer for international talent.
In cooperation with internal specialist units, our recruiters and external service providers (e.g. agencies), you develop creative and target group-specific ideas and solutions to attract talents to BASF.
Social media is your world and you enjoy preparing content and stories for our social networks (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and Xing), interacting with our followers and keeping an eye on reporting figures.
You ensure the further development and maintenance of our international career pages.
Finally, you keep an eye on the costs, as you have the budget responsibility for social media sponsoring and all employer branding measures.
QUALIFICATIONS

degree in Business Administration with a focus on human resources, marketing or communications
professional and project experience, ideally in the commercial field
in-depth experience in employer branding as well as internal and external communication - terms such as "employer value proposition", "candidate journey" or "conversion rate" are familiar to you
experience with social media and content management systems
proficient in MS Office and innovative communication tools
outstanding communication and editorial skills in German and English as well as a good feeling for graphic design
