People Operations for HR Services/Systems (m/f/d). The position is open in the Stuttgart area but you can also apply to work from Karlsruhe or Bremen. The position is open in the Stuttgart area but you can also apply to work from Karlsruhe or Berlin.

  • Designing, planning, and executing scalable E2E HR processes
  • Setting up the systems, tools, and processes to prepare the organization for continuous growth
  • Configuring and continually optimizing our client’s environment of HR-related systems and processes to ensure streamlined operations that also yield useful people analytics and data
  • Overseeing our client’s dedicated HR Services and Payroll teams enabling them to work in a coordinated and aligned way to provide exceptional services to our employees
  • Owning all HR administration and payroll processes directly for EMEA, with close alignment and collaboration with the AMS and APAC teams
  • Driving continuous improvements and professionalism in the areas of core HR Services eg payroll, GDPR, data management, and mobility
  • Defining, implementing, and enforcing global standards, procedures, and SLA’s with a think global, act local attitude
  • Working closely with the global HR team as well as key stakeholders within the organization (Controlling, IT, Finance)
  • Being the expert point of contact for HR process and systems issues and topics
  • Defining and continuously improve and enhance HR/people metrics for reporting

Requirements

  • Several years experience of work in the human resources field, preferably in technology, SaaS company, or high growth company that has globally distributed offices
  • Organizational and technically savvy with a solid understanding of the full employee lifecycle
  • Solid understanding of HR system design, HR workflows, processes, and procedures
  • Ability to build and foster strong working relationships across global teams and functions in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible, open-minded, and solutions orientated when it comes to system and process design without compromising on privacy, security topics
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills to ensure the accurate and timely completion of quality work, with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated and self-disciplined
  • able to work effectively and guide others in the absence of direct supervision
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
  • Eligibility to work in the EU
