  • You will be responsible for the profitable and fully comprehensive business development of our customers in the pharmaceutical industry worldwide
  • You have intensive customer relationships at all strategically relevant hierarchical levels and coordinate global and cross-divisional customer activities across organizational and business units
  • You ask customers the right questions and analyze customer needs as well as market trends for business opportunities for the customer-related product and solution portfolio in order to implement the corresponding business plan
  • You are the first point of contact for current technologies and innovations as well as sustainability, digitalization and automation in the production of the industry
  • You are present with your customers, thereby generating change and accompanying change
  • You advise the customer for digitalization solutions in manufacturing and in the PLM process and initiate negotiations about projects, products and services
  • You manage a globally operating, internal Siemens team in order to bring your account strategy globally into implementation
Your profile for "making the future possible"
  • The basis of your professional success is a successfully completed technical or business degree
  • Based on this, you have more than many years of project/sales experience in technical consulting, promotion or account management within the pharmaceutical industry
  • This gives you an insight into pharmaceutical-specific solutions in the field of process automation
  • Ideally, you have completed further education and training with certification as a Corporate Account Manager, or you are willing to participate in a qualification program
  • With your consulting competence, conceptual skills and your international experience you identify additional business potentials for us
  • Furthermore, you can adapt to different target groups and you enjoy understanding the business strategy of our customers and helping to shape it
  • Furthermore, you are a personality who inspires us with your reliable way of working and your very cooperative teamwork
  • You are willing to work in an international environment and communicate fluently in German and English
  • A high willingness to travel internationally (approx. 40 %) as well as motivation for weekly customer visits in the Karlsruhe area round off your profile
