Better starts and ends with the customer

We’ll be looking for you to grow the business in your region by signing, training, and activating new Western Union agents and managing business development activities with existing agents. We’ll want you to succeed and meet your sales targets through new agent acquisitions and growing sales in-store, managing the end-to-end sales process. You will support agent activation and regularly visit high-performing locations and be responsible for the Agent lifecycle for all independents in your territory.

For this role, you may be educated to a degree level and have gained experience in outside sales or servicing customer products. You’ll need the ability to work independently and possess strong decision-making skills. You’ll use your interpersonal skills to negotiate, present and listen to your agents, and build trust and confidence with them. Fluency in English and German is a must for this role. This is a working-from-home position that requires regular travel. You will need a valid driver’s license and flexibility for overnight stays. Ideally you are based in Hamburg, Hannover, Bremen or Berlin.
