For our office in Munich we are looking for a Learning and Development Team Assistant (Administrator) (f/m/d).
Role Overview
The Learning and Development Team Assistant will support our Program Managers with regards to planning, organizing and hosting our training events that mainly take place in Continental Europe. This role will be part of our global Learning and Development team and will collaborate with team members across regions.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Coordination and hosting of our state-of-the-art international Learning and Development training events, both virtual learning experiences and in-person training events for 20-100 lawyers
- Management of the invitation process via our learning management platform
- Collaboration with in-house teams and external event locations and service providers
- Internal communication with training participants and contributors
- Preparation of training material
- Evaluations and statistics
- Data maintenance and documentation of our Learning and Development initiatives
- Support in the creation of our internal brochures and intranet presence
- Support in feeding our social media channels (employer branding)
Qualifications and Training
- Completed vocational training in hospitality, event management, office administration or similar with an additional 2+ years of professional experience or
- Bachelor in tourism or event management, business administration or similar with 1-2 years of professional experience or comparable internships/student trainee ships
- High level of initiative and hands-on mentality
- Proven organizational talent and coordination skills
- Strong affinity for processes and administration
- Digital mindset, interest in learning technologies
- Ability to work self-directed in a dynamic team environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally in Germany/Europe
- Very good knowledge of Office 365
- Advanced English language skills
