Your tasks
  • You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of the Inside Sales team
  • You continuously coach your employees in telephone acquisition and support them in their professional and personal development
  • You are responsible for the expansion, management, control and further development of your team
  • You take on a responsible leadership role with growth potential
  • You are primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day business at team level to ensure qualitative and quantitative telephone acquisition targets are met
  • You conduct key figure and address data analyses and you are responsible for strategic and operational sales projects
  • You control and optimize the inside sales processes, taking into account the key business figures
  • You are responsible for the implementation of inside sales projects and contribute to internal projects with your know-how in the field
  • You independently manage and organize your employees in the telephone acquisition department
  • You are responsible for the regular optimization of the telephone acquisition processes and the lead approach
