In your new role you will:
  • Technically focus on technology qualification of metallizationand chip package interaction
  • Be responsible for thereliability test planand the technical assessment of the test results
  • Plan and drive stress teststo understand reliability and failure issuesthat may impact the targets
  • Work in teamsto support projects success

You are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation and recognize and use different areas of expertise and skills of the team members. You strive for continuous improvement and feel responsible for and contribute to the team success. You remain aware of the big picture even in complex situations, take decisions despite uncertain circumstances and tackle change actively to reach your ambitious goals.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • A Master degreeor PhDin a relevant technical field such physics, material science, electrical engineering, chemical engineeringwith minimum 1 to 3 years’ semiconductor experience
  • Knowledge on semiconductors fabricationand electrical characterization
  • The ability to work in teamsand collaborate effectivelywith people in different functions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • An advanced level in English
