Director Automotive Power Technology Development Regensburg (f/m/div)

• Report tothe Head of Technology Development ATV Smart Power, set department targetsand define the department strategy
• Represent Regensburg in the international ATV Smart Power leadership team
• Management of Technology Developmentsection consisting of process concept, process-integration, metallization and chip-package interaction
• Lead Technical Ladder experts and Project Managerslocated in Regensburg (approx. 13 members) for a broad scope of technologies
• Drive and initiate technology development and innovation
• Improve methods fortechnology development, quality, cost and efficiency; Monitor progress and control KPIs/budget
• Drive people development, talent pipeline, succession planning, coaching & mentoring key talents and guiding teams to success
• Collaborationwith a multitude of functions in business divisions, other FE sites and BE

• A degree in Physics, Material Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemistryor related fields
• A minimum of 8 years working experience in the semiconductor industry
• Profound understanding of relevant semiconductor technologies and devices combined with sound knowledge in related fields,e.g. unit processes, manufacturing, design system and interaction with technology, reliability mechanisms and physics
• Proven track of Leadership rolesor in leading Technology Development Projects
• A strategic and analytic mindset
• Great communication skillsacross the different management levelsin the company
• Excellent presentation skillsand communicate fluently in German and English
