This is your mission

As an Executive Assistant, you will be heavily involved in Business Development and Entrepreneurship and experience running a business from A to Z! Among other things, you will take on the following tasks:
  • You are the first point of contact for all content-related questions, internal or external, concerning our CEO.
  • You provide executive and administrative support on a day-to-day basis for our CEO.
  • You will work closely with our CEO.
  • You participate in various meetings with our CEO and prepare and follow up on them.
  • You prioritize and structure work orders. You take over your own sub-projects.
  • You conduct research on new ideas.
  • You take care of the preparation of presentations and offers for our stakeholders.
  • You support in customer contact

This is your profile
  • You have a successful degree.
  • You have outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • You have the ability to handle many tasks with the necessary eye for detail.
  • You bring excellent presentation and communication skills in German and English.
  • You are able to work independently and proactively and prepare data in a professional manner.
  • You have very good Microsoft Office skills.
  • You are a team player and bring curiosity for new topics.
  • You bring a passion for entrepreneurship and a strong hands-on mentality.
