This is your mission

As Entrepreneur-in-Residence Intern you are part of the founding team and will support the strategy and growth of the company – build a scalable kick-ass team, ensure continuAs an entrepreneur-in-residence, you are part of the founding team and support the strategy and growth of the company. You will help build a scalable, powerful team, ensure continuous company growth, maintain partnerships and relationships with potential customers and investors. This role includes:
  • Participation in the short and long-term strategy, vision, and mission of the company together with the founding team (we want you to be an integral part of our team!)
  • Establishment of the customer portfolio in DACH (Europe)
  • Overseeing business operations to ensure the company has effective operational and financial operations.
  • Maintaining awareness of the competing market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments, etc.
  • Acting as an "evangelist" for the company at conferences, events, etc. and building strategic partnerships
  • To further develop the digital product strategically

This is your profile
  • You are one of the 1% of people who are real entrepreneurs at heart! You have a burning desire to start your own business and are ready to take all the risks that come with it. Previous experience in B2B sales or in another SaaS company is a strong plus
  • You are enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding academic results, preferably in the field of business or technology
  • You are fluent in German and English and have excellent communication skills
  • You are not afraid to lend a hand with the co-founders: product development, marketing campaigns, sales, financial calculations, discussions with potential investors - you can do all of this in the early stages of the company!
  • An entrepreneurial growth mentality with excellent organizational skills
  • You are an inspirer, and you know how to convince others of your ideas and how to sell them
  • Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
  • You are independent, determined and have exceptional achievements and previous entrepreneurial activities
  • You are data and customer-oriented and have a solid concept of how you can implement this in your daily work
  • You have at least 3 months to work with us
  • We look forward to receiving applications from talented individuals from the Rhine-Neckar region or within commuting distance. For us as a company it is important that you can work 2-3 days with us on site in the office, as we value the exchange and want to grow together.
Your way into our team
  • We will check your application documents and get back to you within 5 working days
  • First meeting with Oli, our founder, and HR: 30 minutes via videocall
  • Processing of a mini case study - 5-7 days processing time
  • Presentation of your Mini Case Study in English followed by a discussion: 1 hour in our office on site
