Tasks

The Digital Transformation Manager is responsible for identifying and driving new digital solutions for the entire LSG group.

  • Identify and drive digital and data-based solutions across all global disciplines. These solutions can either improve internal efficiency or be marketed to customers
  • Analyze the use of cutting-edge digital technology opportunities and guide implementation
  • Drive customer-specific digital improvements in close coordination with sales and operations
  • Leveraging innovative data analytics solutions to transform into a data-driven enterprise
  • Design business and technical solutions and manage special projects and coordinate multiple internal consulting engagements
  • Establish digital communities, agile ways of working as well as an innovative mindset within the group

Requirements

  • University degree in economics/IT/engineering or related disciplines
  • Several years of professional experience in operations, product development, supply chain management, project management, digital projects
  • Strong results-oriented attitude, ability to explain complex issues in simple terms
  • Experience in identifying and implementing digital solutions
  • Strong affinity for data
  • Strong technical understanding and experience in working with new technologies
  • Excellent persuasion, communication and intercultural skills
  • Passion for working in evolving organizational structures
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
