What you’ll do:
  • Build the Learning and Development Strategy from scratch;
  • Lay the foundation for our first everphone Learning and Development Academy;
  • Liaise with our Leaders and guide them to develop and facilitate on the job training programs;
  • Run training needs analysis to understand the business and people’s needs;
  • Align career progression frameworks with the individual career development paths of our employees and suggest measures to help them reach their professional goals;
  • Build the strategy for our Leadership development program; suggest blended training measures and facilitate workshops;
  • Analyze the ROI and metrics of the learning and development initiatives and work on continuous improvements;
  • Work closely with management and employees;
  • Provide L&D policy guidance;
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning;
  • Provide suggestions regarding new HR strategies.
You’ll be great if you have:
  • Proven experience with setting up a Learning and Development Strategy and facilitating pieces of training yourself;
  • Experience structuring, developing and leading a high-performance team;
  • Experience in aligning career progression frameworks with an individual career development path
  • Coaching experience is preferred;
  • Excellent people management skills;
  • Demonstrable experience with Learning and Development metrics;
  • A good understanding of organizational design and structures best.
