Vertical and Account-Based Marketing Manager (d/f/m)

YOUR ROLE

  • Join the world’s largest adhesives and advanced materials producer with a unique portfolio of breakthrough innovations, tailor-made solutions and strong brands in adhesives, sealants and functional coatings
  • You will play a valuable role in Henkel Adhesive’s digital transformation towards a customer centric and data-driven organization. Together with the Global ABM (Account-Based Marketing) Director of Henkel Adhesives (A) and the rest of the team, you will transform the way we interact with our key industries and largest accounts. The goal is to increase Henkel A’s large-account business through building a world-class ABM ecosystem which delivers an unrivalled end-to-end customer experience
  • You will be responsible for setting up and running ABM in one of the major Henkel Industrial Verticals, by working directly with the Global Key Account Ecosystem leader and an external agency
  • Reporting to the Global Key Account Ecosystem leader, you will be responsible for helping to build a new ecosystem to drive business and engage with our Key Accounts. The model developed in this pilot program will then be taken to scale across the wider business

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own ‘the pyramid’ (all relevant key accounts, sorted to level of required personalization based on size & growth potential) for your vertical, ensuring it is built correctly and aligned with key stakeholders
  • Understand and analyze account portfolio makeup, including how key accounts contribute to overall industry revenue and production
  • Work closely with the Global Key Account Managers whose Verticals and Accounts correspond to those of the ABM Vertical Manager
  • Run vertical campaign planning, building, execution & measurement with a carefully weighted bias towards the most attractive key accounts in your pyramid
  • Build, manage and leverage a global database of all key contacts for all key target (and existing) accounts within your vertical industry
  • Leverage team & business know-how and expertise to translate strategy into personalized / dedicated content strategies to maximize conversion across the entire funnel
  • Implement target account strategy to support account-based selling (with support from external agency)

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master’s degree in marketing or business administration
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing B2B (Automotive industry / Suppliers preferred)
  • Expertise and proven success in developing and deploying ABM strategies and supporting technology
  • Strong understanding and experience with Marketing & Lead Automation
  • Excellent communication skills and a data-driven mind-set
  • Proficiency in English language - both spoken and written, German language skills would be a plus
