As a Full time or part time Office Manager at LeanIX you will take on a valuable and versatile role in our fast growing company and work closely with internal departments, our senior management as well as with external contacts such as customers, suppliers and business partners. You play an important role in the onboarding of new colleagues and are responsible for the entire office management and all related administrative activities.

With your organizational skills and sense of prioritization, you will ensure a smooth daily routine and help us take our office management to the next level. Grow in your role as part of our team and join one of Europe’s most successful SaaS scale-ups.

Office Manager (f/m/d) - (part time 20-25 hours a week or full time)
Based in Bonn, Germany

WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?

  • Receiving and hosting visitors
  • Onboarding support
  • General secretarial and assistant tasks (i.e. central phone switchboard, general company correspondence, incoming and outgoing email)
  • Executive support (travel, schedule)
  • Contact person for business partners, customers, employees and service providers
  • Support of internal & external events, management of suppliers
  • Purchasing of office supplies, drinks, snacks, employee gifts, etc.
  • Office organization (contact person for repairs, improvements, new purchases, preparation of workstations before the start of a new employee)
  • Take care of fully equipping meeting rooms, kitchens, etc.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • Experience in office management, project management or as a team assistant is an advantage
  • Organizational talent and friendly demeanor, even in hectic phases
  • Very good command of German and English language, both written and spoken
  • Structured, proactive and independent way of working
  • Proposal of ideas and implementation of process improvements
