Qualifications

Master’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, Economics, Sustainability Management or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in multilateral politics, corporate sustainability management, program management, strategic communications, or a related field.
Strong networks in sustainable development and policy, international work experience and professional relations to organizations in developing countries and emerging economies.
Leadership experience and strong management skills, proven track record of successfully managing international events and multi-stakeholder programs.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, outstanding communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent English and fluent German language skills.
Proficiency in working with project management tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Passion for sustainability and commitment to HSC’s mission.
