Our Andaz Munich Schwabinger Tor is a Hyatt Hotels property and opened in February 2019 in Munich’s new Schwabinger Tor district. We offer our guests 234 rooms and 43 suites. In addition, our hotel has three restaurants, a rooftop bar, an event area and Munich’s largest spa and wellness area. And not to forget, with us you will find the best colleagues in Munich.

  • The Lonely Broccoli | Instagram#the_lonely_broccoli| is Munich’s first Modern Meat House. We are all about meat, meat and more meat. We source this from selected producers in the region and prepare it in two open show kitchens right in front of our guests.
  • In this position you will be jointly responsible for the preparation of the dishes with the kitchen team. Your daily tasks include:
  • You lead your own post and take over the high-quality preparation and presentation of dishes. In doing so, you will work closely with the Sous Chef.
  • You can co-develop creative proposals for our menus
  • You are responsible for the ordering of goods as well as the product and goods control
  • You will train new employees and apprentices and conduct training sessions.
  • You take care of the compliance and verification of the HACCP guidelines.

#yourskills

  • You have completed vocational training as a cook or have professional experience in the kitchen
  • You are enthusiastic about modern, innovative cuisine as well as high-quality food, like to work with fresh products and develop creative ideas and concepts
  • You see yourself as a service provider and have a high level of customer orientation and quality awareness
  • You enjoy working in a team
  • You have good communication skills in German or English
