Are you ready to kick-start your career with a global leader in the medical device industry? Straumann Group is seeking self-aware, digitally-savvy Master’s graduates to join our International Graduate Program and help us continue to inspire smiles all over the world!
As a member of our cohort, you’ll have the opportunity to work on strategic projects, collaborate with key business groups, and solve complex problems using data and analytics. You’ll also enjoy two rotations, including one outside of your home location or in another area of our business, where you’ll be mentored by a member of our Senior Leadership team to help guide you, build your network, and set you up for success.
The Data & Tech program
You’ll be at the forefront of innovation, working with cutting-edge technologies and developing data-driven solutions to transform healthcare and can expect to work on projects such as:
Building an AI-powered chatbot for patient engagement- Designing a blockchain solution for secure medical data sharing
- Developing a machine learning algorithm for predicting patient outcomes
- On completion of the program, you can expect to work in areas such as Data Analytics, Digital Solutions Development or IT Project Management.
Your first rotation won’t be defined until after you’re hired so it’s important that you’re comfortable with this. If offered, we’ll review your strengths and development areas and work with the Data & Tech function to design a rotation that stretches and develops you.
After around nine months you’ll move into your second rotation. Our GROW team will work with both you and our business units to find a suitable placement that allows you to continue to develop your skills and bring value to Straumann Group.
On completion of the program, you can expect to work in areas such as Data Analytics, Digital Solutions Development or IT Project Management.
Our requirements
To be considered, you should have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Maths, AI or Data Science, or another discipline aligned to these areas, 6-18 months of work experience in a data or tech focussed role, and a truly global mindset with the agility and flexibility to work across boundaries.
