The Digital Ventures Lab is where all our SGRE functions run alongside to support and to drive our common efforts and initiatives, fueling SGRE’s digital transformation. How To Contribute To Our Vision
- In this role you are going to have the content authority for the program backlog. You will work with the portfolio manager to define business goals and priorities. You understand customer needs through constant interaction with the customer, including end-user interviews and surveys, brainstorming, trade studies, or market research. Based on that you will develop a business perspective and product value proposition. You define a high-level vision, constant product and solution backlog refinement and informal face-to-face communication with teams
- The definition and management of the delivery schedule in form of continuous near-term road mapping and frequent release of incremental value is going to be part of your responsibility. This includes prioritization at every Program Increment boundary via value assessment processes and constant scope triage.
- In this position you will collaborate with Solution Management, embrace and manage change pro-actively and become a proactive member of an effective team of product managers and owners.
- Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for a professional, who has been working in the product management domain of agile IT / SW solutions.
- You have excellent communication skills and a solid track record of operational leadership in multidisciplinary SW development projects and teams. This includes several years of experience in digital transformation and preferably certifications as product owner in the software development domain. You should have a good understanding of the renewable energy business, specifically wind energy.
- You have an analytical mindset and the ability to abstract operational and technology issues to relate to product and solutions.
- You have excellent English verbal and written language skills; a good understanding of German and/or Spanish language and culture is advantageous. You have a master’s in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or comparable, and more than 5 years’ experience in agile product management.
