Abbott Diabetes Care Division is looking for a
Manager E-Commerce Europe, Middle East & Africa, Pakistan (m/f/d)for the Business Operations Departement based in Wiesbaden, Germany.
Focus will be FreeStyle Libre, a breakthrough technology of Flash Glucose Monitoring in the Diabetes Healthcare market. Freestyle Libre is directly available for clients/patients on our webshops and in different reimbursement distributions channels such as pharmacies. In essence the role is to connect stakeholders such as ADC country e-commerce teams, supporting functions, IT and development teams as well as external 3rd parties to ensure smooth e-commerce operations and continuous improvements of our digital presences
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify new opportunities and actively drive innovation and change initiatives to improve patient journey throughout the webshops
- Execute requirement gathering and manage priorities of day to day operations
- Support development and IT / e-commerce operations team in implementation of clearly formulated feature and functionality requests
- Monitor status and availability of the webshop platform, and administer the product catalog, order, delivery, payment, invoicing, and all related interactions
- Understand and master the end to end process and assume point of contact for process related requests
- Build and maintain strong cooperation with relevant internal and external stakeholders
Your Profile:
- Post graduate diploma or University degree and/or adequate degree and on-the- job business exposure. Engineering, business computer science, computer science media or an equivalent qualification
- Minimum 10 years of work experience required. Professional experience in online and e-commerce area with experience in build up and use of IT solutions
- Action and solution-oriented; self-driven, proactive and hands-on
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Keen awareness and adherence to timelines
- Team-player who enjoys taking on accountability and connecting with people in an international team
- Excellent communicator on all channels, with strong business acumen and friendly resilience
- Experienced in leading internal IT delivery teams and service provider governance (onsite/near- and offshore) in Run operation and projects
- History in developing programs to develop and improve processes and quality along an omni-channel / digital retail customer journey
- Ability to document business requirements and qualify and quantify their effects
- Fluent English is a must, additionally German preferred; other European languages are a plus
- Experience in use of Magento and AEM or similar products is a plus
- Experience in working in international teams is a plus
- Experience in a mass market environment is a plus
- Practical experience in the common portal and web technologies
- Travel up to 20%
