Join us as a Global Marketing Campaign Manager - OEM Solutions on our Global OEM Product Marketing team in Round Rock, Texas or other remote US locations to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.
What you’ll achieve
The Global Marketing Campaign Manager will play a key role in developing the annual marketing strategy as well as half year and quarterly plans to support the Global OEM business. The OEM business is a critical route to the rapidly growing EDGE business. This role will be responsible for developing campaign strategy, messaging, content creation and activation at scale globally in a rapidly growing business. Identification of target personas, mapping journey and creating content o engage audience at various stages. Build integrated marketing plans and work in partnership with regional teams to develop activation plans that deliver a full funnel impact – from awareness to demand gen. Manage campaigns through full life cycle for optimal ROI on marketing spend.
You will:
Ability to work closely with marketing and business leaders to formulate and present compelling recommendations, obtain executive buy in and guide the development and execution of these recommendations across the OEM Marketing Team
Support the development of annual, half year and quarterly strategy. Work with key marketing and business stakeholders to guide development of tactical execution plans globally for the OEM business
Campaign strategy, Messaging, Content, activation at scale
Deliver and support executive reviews, with compelling insights packaged into effective presentations
Work effectively across global campaigns, digital and regional teams to identify and clearly communicate target markets that will help expand our customer canvass
Diagnose campaign performance and work with marketing stakeholders to identify weaknesses and recovery plans to deliver desired results

Essential Requirements
8+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in messaging, campaigns and content strategy
Collaborative, supportive, approachable and tenacious team management skills
Experience in strategy, and able to bridge strategy to tactical execution
Excellent communication & senior level presentation skills – internal and external presentations
Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Desirable Requirements
MBA preferred
