    You develop and optimize CRM activities for different customer segments in order to build loyal customer base and increase their CLV in a targeted manner
    Together with our business analysts, you identify and analyze zero- and first-party data and derive effective, targeted communication concepts from it
    You identify valuable customer segments based on their individual shopping behavior and increase their sales potential through creative ideas that can be implemented quickly
    You use the gained insights to support our communication concepts and marketing campaigns
    You ensure an individual, inspiring and consistent communication across all touchpoints
    You are responsible for the budget of CRM activities
    Qualifications
    You have a degree in the fields of economics, communication sciences, (digital) marketing or a related discipline
    You have professional experience in Customer Relationship Management, ideally for a brand manufacturer or a consumer goods company in the D2C environment
    In particular, you have gained experience in the following areas
    Understanding of the customer journey and shopper behavior
    Identification and definition of shopper segments
    Effective use of CRM tools, email marketing technologies and loyalty programs
    Ideally, you have experience in the cosmetic and skin care industry
    Your working style is characterized by strong creativity, analytical skills, conceptual thinking as well as proactivity and independence
    You are used to fast-paced, flexible environments and act hands-on and goal-oriented at all times
    You are fluent in English and in German at B1 level
