As an e-commerce Marketplace, Metro Markets works with hundreds of Vendors(suppliers) within Germany, Europe and beyond, managing thousands of products to deliver on our customer’s needs while providing great service
As a Working Student - Finance Team, you will help the accounting team with the day-to-day run of the business.

With a strong focus on the successful invoice flow, you will act as a touchpoint for Finance and IT, to help the accounting team with the invoice control and settlement. In doing so, you will learn e-commerce from the ground up - from international tax law to working in cross-functional teams.

You’ve got
  • Enrolled in a university course – ideally in a business or economics related course
  • A strong passion and about 16-20 hours a week to shape the future of e-commerce
  • Ideally, first working experiences – even if in a different setting
  • Excellent communication skills and an analytical mindset
  • A structured, organized way of working; conscientious and reliable
  • Good knowledge in relevant IT applications -MS Excel knowledge
  • English is essential
  • Fluency in any of these languagues would be a big plus: Italian, Spanish, Portugese
