Our client (an european organisation) is looking for a full-time agency staff to support its talent acquisition assistant team , ideally starting as of October 2021.

*During the Corona pandemic remote work is foreseen as the default, yet the agency staff should be prepared to come to the our client’s premises in Frankfurt am Main.

Type: 40hrs/week – full time

Tasks:

  • Supporting candidates with any queries related to recruitment campaigns;
  • Performing a pre-selection of candidates based on defined criteria;
  • Arranging interviews and tests and accompanying applicants to tests and interviews;
  • Proctoring candidates when performing written exercises and tests remotely;
  • Processing recruitment related expenses and closing the campaigns/archiving the related documentation;
  • Involvement in changes to the clientes talent acquisition processes and suggesting improvements to areas such as the candidate experience and processes;
  • Time allowing or upon business needs, the deployed agency staff may also be asked to carry out other administrative tasks in the Business Partnering Division or other Divisions within the Directorate General Human Resources. scheduling meetings, organising divisional events and/or document management. The support for ad-hoc administrative tasks shall be carried out within contractually defined working hours.

Requirements:

The candidate shall at all times ensure confidentiality in her/his dealings with sensitive information and respect applicable data protection regulations as well as actively engage with colleagues to seek advice.

  • Organising skills with the ability to take initiative, prioritise and flexibly switch between tasks and work accurately with an eye for detail;
  • Ability to effectively work in a team, establishing and maintaining good working relationships with respect to all levels of staff and external parties;
  • Self-motivation and commitment, and ability to work without close supervision and under time pressure.

Educational background and qualifications:

Professional experience:

  • Secretarial training or academic degree plus academic degree/qualification in Human Resources, Administration or relevant subject training;
  • 4 years of experience in administrative tasks such as drafting of documentation and processing of formal documentation, managing calendars and experience in the area of recruitment / talent acquisition;
  • Ability and approach to seeking advice from team colleagues;
  • Vocational secretarial training or equivalent;
  • Previous experience in a European or international environment.

Language skills:

  • At least C1 English language skills (listening, speaking, writing).

Technical skills:

  • Training/experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Training/experience with an Application Tracking System
