Our client (european organisation) is looking for a full-time agency staff to support its preemployment screening process, ideally starting as of October 2021.

*During the Corona pandemic remote work is foreseen as the default, yet the agency staff should be prepared to come to the our client’s premises in Frankfurt am Main.

Type: 40hrs/week – full time

Tasks:

  • Systematically check approximately 20% of candidates successful in recruitment campaigns leading to fixed-term contracts for accuracy of the information provided in their CV on identity (at least address check against copy of ID card/passport provided).

-highest educational degree(s) (against certificate(s) provided)

-professional experience (in terms of levels, fields, and dates of employment) over the past 5 years (against references provided by former employers)

  • Manage flow of information, prepare, and handle internal and external emails and telephone calls related to the above topic.
  • Report on findings / discrepancies in a structural manner and manage related date storage in line with internal provisions.

Requirements:

The candidate shall at all times ensure confidentiality in her/his dealings with sensitive information and respect applicable data protection regulations as well as actively engage with colleagues to seek advice.

During contract duration and upon explicit instruction by the our client, the candidate shall also verify the above criteria (i.e. address, highest educational degree and professional experience) with external sources (i.e. local authorities, universities, former employer(s), etc).

Educational background and qualifications:

Professional experience:

  • Quality of proposed approach to conduct pre-employment screenings;
  • Ability and approach to seeking advice from team colleagues;
  • Vocational secretarial training or equivalent;
  • 2 years of proven experience in providing administrative support, drafting corrspondence, and processing formal documentation;
  • Previous experience in a European or international environment.

Language skills:

  • At least C1 English language skills (listening, speaking, writing).

Technical skills:

  • Proficiency with document management systems (e.g. Open Text);
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook);
  • Ability to use electronic translation services.

Possible interviews/test with our client will be held by WebEx.
