Tasks
  • Consulting for and exchange about HR-related topics with CEE HR & Organization VP, HR Managers, Regional Director Central East Europe and Hiring Managers
  • Recruiting/Talent Acquisition for all open/new positions and replacements according to the management plan, contact person for hiring managers, local HRs and headhunters: Push and track the recruiting activities for all German Corridor project positions in German locations under managing different participants (headhunters, hiring managers, local HRs, executives, candidates etc.)
  • Building up trustful and reliable business relationships with selected headhunters as fixed partners (negotiations), from 3 up to 5 partners
  • Monitoring of the compliance of pay groups (ERA Eingruppierung)
  • contract negotiations with candidates (in alignment with HR Manager and Regional Project Director)
  • Management assistant to Regional Project Director CE: work on several daily project related topics like headcount planning, monitoring, controlling activities, meeting preparations etc.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics or at least a very good economical apprenticeship
  • at least 5 years of work experience in HR related areas
  • Fluent in German and English
  • high motivation and very keen communication skills
  • ability to handle different stakeholders internally and externally

This position is part-time (25 hours/week) and located in Nordenham.
