As a store manager, you are an important part of the Superdry family and, together with your team, make a significant contribution to the success of your store and the company. With a lot of fun and professionalism, you will develop and coach a highly motivated and passionate team, ensure the optimal presentation of our products and make visiting our customers a unique shopping experience.

Your mission

• As a successful store manager, you manage your store independently and bear full responsibility for ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently
• With a cool head and foresight you develop a strategic plan for your store, set smart goals for you and your employees and distribute upcoming tasks and activities
• You analyze sales figures, KPIs, costs and resources with a keen business acumen, derive necessary measures from them and thus ensure the economic success of your store
• Together with your team, you will ensure an appealing and sales-promoting presentation of our collections according to our guidelines
• As a passionate sales talent and role model, you inspire and motivate your team to achieve top performance, inspire our customers with first-class service and create an unforgettable shopping experience
• Thanks to your excellent leadership skills, you will develop and retain a highly motivated and committed team
• You recognize the potential in your team, determine training needs and lead your employees to success through regular training and performance management
• As a talented talent scout, you will find the right employees and ensure smooth integration into your team through extensive training
• The organization of the warehouse (replenishment, recalls, loss prevention) as well as the control and management of the inventory are just as much part of your tasks as the implementation of regular inventories
• You will also be able to cope with administrative tasks such as the creation of staff deployment and vacation planning and the preparation and provision of statistics and key figures

• have successfully completed training in retail or comparable training and have several years of management experience in a similar position

• has a pronounced customer orientation and sales talent

• You have business fluency in German and a good command of English
