About The Opportunity

As a Dayforce Evangelist, the Solution Advisor is an integral part of pre-sales solutioning team. Solution Advisors should be well versed in Human Capital Management and have the talent to convey value and alignment in a confident and memorable manner. Solution Advisors are responsible for contributing to strategy and thought leadership that positions Ceridian as a leader for all areas of HCM.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:

The Solutions Advisor drives new client acquisition and growth in our existing client base by providing pre-sales technical support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle, including identifying client needs and the facilitation of customer product/application understanding through interactive presentations, demonstrations and benchmarks.

What You’ll Get To Do

  • Provides technical sales support
  • Analyzes an organization’s existing HCM environment; proposes, and demonstrates how Ceridian’s solutions can better address their requirements and solve business concerns
  • Offers insight and creative solutions to best meet client’s needs
  • Leads and facilitates demonstrations to provide customer engagement and understanding
  • Participates in all aspects of the sales cycle including strategizing, developing, and presenting compelling and relevant solutions
  • Contributes to the RFP and demonstration knowledge base
  • Shares feedback and best practices to improve the sales team’s effectiveness
  • Exhibits Technical Proficiency
  • Maintains technical and professional skills to ensure proficiency in product offerings, in depth knowledge of competition and awareness of industry developments and trends in the marketplace
  • Leverages technical and professional skills to increase productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Maintains Accurate and Timely Customer, Pipeline, and Forecast Data
  • Captures all relevant information in SFDC/CRM system
  • Follows all defined processes and timelines (SOW requirements, deal review process, price setting, service level requirements, demo scripts, expenses, etc.)
  • Keeps current on Ceridian processes and any relevant changes

Skills/Experience We Value

  • Minimum Qualifications
  • University/College Degree/Diploma or equivalent related work experience
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a technology-related role in a business environment
  • Excellent communication (oral & written), problem solving and organization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, builds trust and rapport with all levels of personnel
  • Excellent problem solving and organization skills
  • Demonstrated ability to function in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Demonstrated business acumen, high energy and integrity, sense of urgency, work ethic and drive for results
  • Must have a valid drivers license

What Would Make You Really Stand Out

  • University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant software/computer related fields
  • Proven knowledge of Human Capital solutions (Payroll, HR, Workforce Management, Talent Management) and related systems
  • At least 1-2 years knowledge of the concepts and principles in at least one of Ceridian’s key HCM verticals
