Like to go to the office in the morningFor a company in Cologne, we are looking for a full-time employee (m/f/d) in the service desk.Contract form: employee leasing with a very good option to take over.The position suits you if you have experience as an IT specialist - system integration, IT system administrator, or experience in application support.Your tasks
  • Direct contact person and supervisor in the IT service desk.
  • Material procurement of hardware and software
  • Telephone and written customer support
  • Quality assurance of various processes
Your profile
  • Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or a similar IT-related training.
  • First experience in 1st level support
  • Very good knowledge of Windows 7/10, Visio and VMWare.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • High level of assertiveness and service orientation
