We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) to join to join our Product & Tech Team in our office in Munich. Our Product and Technology team is autonomous and co-functional, operating in an agile environment with a customer focus. Our engineers, product managers, designers, QA, and analysts target outcomes rather than outputs, using OKRs to deliver our vision. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:
  • Take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects and ensuring the appropriate level of governance is followed
  • Ensure that the products required are produced to the standard of quality expected and within the specified constraints of time, quality and cost
  • Identify, assess and manage risks to the success of the project
  • Ensure that realistic project and quality plans are prepared and maintained and provide regular and accurate reports to stakeholders as appropriate
  • Ensure quality reviews occur on schedule and according to procedure
  • Manage the change control process and ensures that project deliverables are completed within planned cost, timescale and resource budgets, and are signed off
  • Provide effective leadership to the project team, and takes appropriate action where team performance deviates from agreed tolerances
We are a match if you have...
  • Proven track record of planning and leading meetings, implementing and driving development through the entire sprint and delivery process
  • Proven experience in delivering cloud-based projects and products - AWS is preferred
  • Proven experience using a range of agile/scrum methods as well as balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity
  • Project management qualification
  • A background working on digital transformations
  • Understanding software development processes and procedures
  • Senior stakeholder management experience
  • Proven track record of presenting and planning team meetings
