Senior Manager* Digital Marketing Technology
BAADER is a company in transition. A process of excessive rebranding and new positioning is currently underway providing ample possibilities to tackle new subjects. Reporting directly to the Director Marketing, you will be able to apply your professional and personal skills and deliver and operate a digital-based marketing technology ecosystem that creates an incomparable customer experience and efficient end-to-end marketing processes within BAADER.
Aufgaben
- In this position you will focus on providing and updating a consistent digital MarTech ecosystem incl. interfaces to neighboring applications.
- You will be the technical owner of all digital marketing tools, channels, platforms and performance management for all measures.
- Moreover, you will support marketing content owners in the use of tools and channels as well as in the full operational realization of defined performance marketing applications.
- Your tasks include, for example, the development, updating and application of digital marketing tools with a focus on:
- Website, SEO, SEA, A/B tests
- Internal and external portals
- Marketing automation
- E-business solutions
- Apps and other digital applications
- Marketing operations and collaboration tools, platforms and channels
- Monitoring, reporting and documentation of user behaviour and defined KPIs and initiating resulting measures
- You have a degree in an area with a digital focus (e.g. media informatics, business informatics, digital marketing, e-commerce) or a comparable qualification.
- Relevant professional experience, ideally in an international B2B environment, and experience in managing budgets and in exceeding targets with a positive return on marketing investment, are required for this position.
- You combine persuasion skills with good communication skills – in English and German – in dealing with various teams.
