We’re looking for you to join the Customer Engagement team

What you’ll do
  • You’ll be responsible for forecasting WOW retention KPIs – such as churn and returning customers – for current & following quarters
  • Therefore, you’ll phasing monthly KPIs to daily views and rephasing or reforecasting in quarter
  • Close collaboration is a core value – you’ll ensure this with Trading, Commercial Strategy, Retention Marketing and Finance on the quarterly plans
  • As part of your role, you’ll evaluate WOW’s quarterly performance, create bespoke analysis, and derive key insights supporting our assumptions for the upcoming quarter
  • Finally, you’ll answer complex business questions with usage of SQL and visualization software
What you’ll bring
  • You’ve gained a university degree in economics/statistics and 5-6 years of experience in a similar function as well as extensive experience in forecasting or data analytics
  • Within the last years you’ve gained experience with Excel as well as SQL and Tableau
  • You’re a proactive person who finds it easy to understand analysis as well as to prepare hypotheses, methodology, coding & visualisation, and to present these insights
  • In addition to your strong communication skills, you also have the ability to deliver complex messages in succinct way to senior leadership team
  • Part of your strengths is being able to think commercially & analytically as well as create and present powerful presentations
  • You’ve a strong interest in the streaming service industry as well as high enthusiasm for streaming content
