Senior HR Business Partner

We’re looking for top-notch HR Business Partners to provide outstanding customer service to our business leaders at distribution centers and regional offices across the country. We need people who thrive in a fast-paced environment, who are looking for a good challenge, and who are dedicated to creating and developing superior customer relationships.
In this HR Business Partner role, you will be an essential part of everyday life:
- Build strong relationships with EMEA Board members, senior leaders, and managers to provide coaching on leadership capability.
- Provide guidance and solutions on workforce planning, recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation, and succession planning.
- Support managers in the hiring process, active sourcing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Advise managers and EMEA Board members on sourcing and development strategies.
- Drive employee career development initiatives to retain key talent.
- Act as a change agent and support change initiatives.
- Ensure data quality and manage HR processes across the HR life cycle.
- Lead annual merit review and bonus calculation process for Regional Office employees, ensuring alignment with managers and data accuracy.
- Foster a culture of employee engagement and continually improve the employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and regulations.
- Provide expert advice and coaching to managers on employee relations issues.
- Collaborate and negotiate with worker’s councils to find solutions and ensure co-determination processes are followed.
- Support operational and strategic HR projects through data analysis, engagement, and decision-making.
- Assist managers in preparing for employee development reviews and performance calibration meetings.
What do we need from you?
- Graduate degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant HR experience
- 3-4 years of experience in a multinational matrix organization
- Proven business understanding
- Strong project management skills in a complex matrix environment
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior management
- Knowledge of change management processes and tools
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Goal-oriented, structured, and highly responsible with self-initiative
- Dedication and motivation to work in a dynamic environment
- Flexibility, performance orientation, enthusiasm, and ability to work under pressure
- Exposure to various HR processes including Talent, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, etc.
- Excellent communication skills in English in an international environment
What can you bring as a plus?
- Fluency in German both written and spoken
Location: Bonn is strongly preferred, other locations within EMEA are possible
