Sales & Account Manager (m/f/d)

As a Sales & Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of our client acquisition and retention efforts. Your responsibilities will include prospecting, lead qualification, relationship management through our CRM system, and driving sales processes. Additionally, you will be instrumental in expanding our client base by employing strategic approaches, presenting compelling proposals, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration with account managers.

We want you to:

  • Identify potential clients, leads, and referrals, pinpointing decision-makers and effectively communicate the company’s value proposition
  • Close deals through a consultative sales process that addresses the unique needs of clients
  • Effectively use and manage our Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) to maintain accurate and up-to-date client and leadinformation
  • Take the lead in initiating the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and makinginitial presentations
  • Contribute to the strategic development of our member base by employing innovative and effective sales strategies
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching camps on a weekly basis to stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices
  • Develop, present, and sell new business proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the unique value our solutions bring
  • Achieve annual sales goals and provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager or Profit Center Leader on progress toward those goals
  • Attend and actively participate in regular sales meetings to share insights and contribute to team success.
  • Identify new leads and gather necessary information for submissions
  • Facilitate communication with assigned account managers, ensuring constant communication to guarantee client satisfaction

You will also need to have:

  • University degree in Business Administration or comparable
  • Minimum of 5 years in combined inside and outside B2B sales, demonstrating a proven track record of closing short to mid-cycle sales
  • Strong analytical, negotiating, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of the fleet, car leasing, and car rental industry
  • Strong computer skills with familiarity in basic CRM platforms
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate one-on-one meetings or presentations
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting
  • Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Fluency in English & German language; any other language is an advantage
