The key to recruiting the right leaders and specialised talent is ensuring the best candidate journey and experience possible. You’ll be working closely with your recruiting colleagues and other stakeholders to help create a great interviewing experience for our candidates. Owing to your administrative super powers, you will not only be scheduling interviews, but also supporting the backbone of our team with organisational topics.
Your Impact
- Scheduling interviews, reach out to candidates and ensure they have the best candidate experience
- Ensuring that appointments are met and preparations like rooms, catering and materials that are necessary for interviews on site and online are made
- Being the contact point for candidates, Hiring Managers and other Stakeholders and making sure their questions are answered on a high quality level
- Maintaining and updating our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and team sharepoints
- Participating in recruiting process continuous improvement initiatives and projects
- Supporting your Employer Branding teammates with coordinating on and offline events
Who You Are
You love to take over ownership and make things run as smoothly as possible for your customer! Your attention to detail, passion for people, and initiative make you the beating heart of our team!
- Traineeship, or Degree in Human Resources or similar
- Several years of professional experience in administrative tasks or in the area of customer support
- Experience within a recruiting environment and with recruiting processes
- Great team spirit, with a transparent approach and willingness to work with others in reaching joint goals
- Very strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Fluent English and German skills
