The main objectives are to
1. Ensure application of the global quality directives
2. Continuous reduction of non quality hours
2. Follow-up of quality and continuous improvement indicators
3. Organisation and follow up of trainings, continuous improvement of skills,
projects and processes
4. Proposal to quality site strategy

Description compl�mentaire

In detail, the main tasks are the
  • application of the Quality Directives of the Management, perform spot audits
and report the results. In case of any deviations corrective and preventive
action plan has to be worked out and performed
  • Define all quality requirements for new projects & describe quality plans
inside technical proposals
  • Follow-up of Quality indicators
  • Perform and participate to audits, prepare teams to successful pass audits
(audit system and special processes audits)
  • Implementation and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions
  • Support HSE Manager with specific knowledge
  • Continuous improvement of skills: define training needs & set-up training
plans
  • Continuous improvement of projects and processes; using KAIZEN, DMAIC
or other relevant methodologies.
  • Follow-up of the respect of Reglementation and Requirements of PART 21,
EN, ISO…
  • Treatment and analyze of Non Conformities (internal & external).
  • Follow up of non quality hours and perform continuous actions to reduce the
amount
  • Preparation and participation to customer review

Exigences du poste

Qualification:
  • Aeronautical Engineer with technical background
Experience:
  • 3-5 years of quality management experience
  • Good knowledge of Quality Referential and Aeronautic Rules (ISO9001, EN/AS9100, PART21, PART145…).
  • Good knowledge of special processes
  • Basic skills in lean management
Special knowledge and capabilities:
  • Very autonomous and proactive personality
  • Very good analytical and conceptional skills
  • Experience in leading and motivating employees
  • Experience in communicating with auditors and customers
  • Good knowledge about handling MS Office tools
  • Very good English language skills

Knowlege of Safran and Airbus processes is a "MUST".
