Your Key Responsibilities

Steering and shaping the development of the strategic positioning of the Automotive Aftermarket division in close cooperation with the management, the business functions and the global representations

Evaluation of relevant internal and external developments and trends as well as their impact on our mid-to long-term strategy together with Market Intelligence and other departments
Further development of existing instruments and development of new methods for deriving strategic recommendations
Preparation of special topics for the management as well as strategic decisions
Leading key strategic (sub-)projects including top leadership communication and management of stakeholders

Your Qualifications

Several years of professional experience in the field of corporate strategy or in a consulting environment, automotive background advantageous
Understanding of the most important KPIs in a strategic environment
Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Business fluent in English, German and further languages are beneficial
Very strong analytical and conceptual competence, strategic and outside-the-box thinking
Being proactive and enjoying working in networked, global and interdisciplinary teams
Strong communication skills, confident appearance, assertiveness and problem-solving ability
