Your Key Responsibilities

  • Steering and shaping the development of the strategic positioning of the Automotive Aftermarket division in close cooperation with the management, the business functions and the global representations
    • Evaluation of relevant internal and external developments and trends as well as their impact on our mid-to long-term strategy together with Market Intelligence and other departments
    • Further development of existing instruments and development of new methods for deriving strategic recommendations
    • Preparation of special topics for the management as well as strategic decisions
    • Leading key strategic (sub-)projects including top leadership communication and management of stakeholders
    Your Qualifications

    Successfully completed studies in economics, industrial engineering or a comparable field
    • Several years of professional experience in the field of corporate strategy or in a consulting environment, automotive background advantageous
    • Understanding of the most important KPIs in a strategic environment
    • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
    • Business fluent in English, German and further languages are beneficial
    • Very strong analytical and conceptual competence, strategic and outside-the-box thinking
    • Being proactive and enjoying working in networked, global and interdisciplinary teams
    • Strong communication skills, confident appearance, assertiveness and problem-solving ability
