We are looking for Manager Corporate Tax (m/f/d)to support our team in Sulzbach (Frankfurt/ Main).
  • Preparation of corporate income tax returns of the German Organschaft and other German subsidiaries/KG’s
  • Support of tax audit (including roll-forward of corporate tax returns)
  • US GAAP tax reporting for the German entities
  • German GAAP tax reporting for the German entities
  • Supporting European reporting processes
  • University decree in Accounting or Tax and a completed tax advisor exam desirable
  • At least 8 years professional experience in technical German corporate income tax matters for big multinationals, preferably experience in both industry and consultancy
  • Statutory GAAP knowledge (HGB)
  • Attention to accuracy/detail and ability to work under time pressure while balancing multiple tasks
  • Strong communication, numerical and team skills
  • Strong SAP and Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Fluent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills in German and English
