We, as the Social Media team, look after all relevant social media channels and come up with different formats about fashion and lifestyle topics. Aside from fashion, for us it’s crucial to include socially relevant matters in our editorial content. We’re constantly working on our creative ideas, collaborating with different partners and sharing inspiring content on all our social media channels day to day.

As a JuniorSocial Media Manager Italy (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the further development and implementation of our social media strategy in these markets; as well as identifying opportunities and creative trends in all countries where ABOUT YOU is active.

Responsibilities
  • Create monthly social posting calendars and creative social copy
  • Coordination of all social activity on Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok
  • Conception, coordination and implementation of social media campaigns
  • Negotiation with agencies and content creators for content production
  • Responsible to monitor account health through regular reports and providing actionable analysis and recommendations
  • Community management & close cooperation with our customer care team
  • On-site event and production support where necessary
Requirements
  • Completed studies in the field of marketing, media or comparable field
  • 1-3 years experience working in the field of social media
  • Knowledge of all common social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok)
  • Sense for social media copywriting and tonality of ABOUT YOU
  • Interest in digital, Fashion & Lifestyle trends as well as high motivation in the further development & implementation of state-of-the-art social media techniques
  • First experience with social media management tools is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility/ deadline driven
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Ideally Italian language skill on native speaker level
