Tasks- As one of the first in our HR team, you have the chance to help shape and build up our Talent Acquisition area right from the start
- You are responsible for the entire hiring process and are therefore responsible, among other things, for selecting applicants, coordinating appointments for job interviews, conducting interviews and agreeing with all departments
- You represent Arive in the initial contact with all applicants and thus take on an essential and responsible role for Arive’s employer branding
- Through active sourcing you will find, select and win new and above all suitable applicants and think about new creative and innovative ways of addressing talented people
- You always have the personnel planning of all departments in view and work very closely with your HR team
- You will introduce your first personal marketing and employer branding activities
- You have completed a university degree in business administration, business psychology or a comparable training as well as professional experience in recruiting and personnel marketing
- You convince with your extremely structured way of working, your excellent time management and your analytical skills
- It is not difficult for you to objectively assess people and their profiles
- You not only stand out as a team player, but above all because of your communicative and positive demeanor
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
