Our team in Germany is looking for an IT Procurement and Budgeting Intern to join our team. This person will perform activities on procurement processes, analysis and sourcing initiatives.

Main responsibilities:
Suppliers sourcing for purchases according to company’s needs, focusing on value delivery, balancing costs
Ongoing supplier market monitoring, ensuring current suppliers provide goods and services on the most cost & quality effective teams.
Administration of SLA (Service Level Agreement) with KL local and global service suppliers
Management of IT tenders
Involved in preparation of IT budget in accordance with KL business and IT plans.
Support establishment and improvement of internal IT processes required for procurement design/development/operation
Manage day-to-day procurement activities, responding to procurement needs on a timely basis; daily contacts with suppliers
Keep record of concluded contracts with suppliers, initiated by purchasing and executed orders (by suppliers)
Assist with payment status of the invoices submitted to accounting by Procurement
Assure goods and services timely delivery, exercise control on goods delivered together with the business .

Enthusiastic and results oriented
Fluent English .
