Seize the opportunity - we look for you as a Technical Customer Support Representative international(m/f/d) for our customer, a global high-tech company in the field of medical technology in Würzburg.

ISO-Mainfranken is part of the ISO-Gruppe and a specialized IT service provider and digitization partner for SMEs in the region of Mainfranken. We offer the right solutions to the big challenges - IT staff, IT infrastructures and digital solutions.

These will be your tasks:

  • An Inbound call agent (no sales!)
  • Technical (IT) Customer Support in English as well as a further prevalent language by telephone and e-mail
  • Assistance and problem-solving in the IT- and medical-technical environment
  • Documentation of the customer’s requirements
  • Maintenance of the knowledge database

These are the recommended qualifications:

  • Completed mercantile or technical education
  • Proficiency in the IT-Environment is preferable
  • Experience with customer support, ideally with telephone support
  • Handling MS-Office-Products and ticket systems confidentially
  • Willingness to work in shifts (Mo-Su) - Distinct team orientation
  • Very good English in spoken and written (Level C1 and higher)
  • Very good in another prevalent language in spoken and written is preferred (Spanish, French, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Polish etc.)
  • You live in or about Würzburg (or are about to move to Würzburg)
